Integration

Bring confirmed email interest into Slack.

Send a useful signal to the team channel where follow-up already happens.

Connect once, assign by button

Create the incoming webhook in Slack, add its URL as a Nodify channel, then choose which buttons should use it.

  • Use a channel with the right audience and access.
  • Name the connection so it is easy to recognise later.
  • Send a test confirmation before relying on the workflow.

Keep the notification focused

The Slack message reports the confirmed action and links back to the Nodify workspace. Optional contact details appear only when the visitor submits them.

  • No email-open tracking is involved.
  • An initial visit alone does not trigger the alert.
  • Delivery status is available in Nodify analytics.

Practical notes

  1. Treat the Slack webhook URL as a secret.

  2. Remove or rotate the webhook in Slack if it is exposed.

  3. Channel access and retention remain subject to your Slack workspace settings.

Turn the next email into a clear next step.

Create a button, choose where alerts should arrive, and test the complete confirmation flow.
