Create and copy the button
Choose concise button text, colours with readable contrast, and the confirmation experience. Assign at least one notification channel, save the button, then copy its generated HTML.
- Keep the label short and action-specific.
- Enable the plain-text fallback link.
- Use the optional contact form only when you need additional details.
Insert and test the signature
Open the signature settings in your email client and use its supported method for inserting formatted content or HTML. Send a message to another account and inspect the delivered signature.
- Check Gmail Web, Outlook, Apple Mail, and mobile clients that matter to your audience.
- Confirm colours, padding, link destination, and fallback readability.
- Click the delivered button, complete confirmation, and verify the notification arrives.
Practical notes
Some email clients strip or rewrite HTML and CSS.
Nodify uses email-compatible table markup and inline styles, but compatibility still depends on the client.
Keep the fallback URL visible when reliable access matters.
